reusing old BG, sorry

was kind of at a lost of idea when i started to work on this armor design, i like and hate the helmet horns cuz it kinda reminds me of those horns on an elk.

the sword had a lot of ideas going into it, cuz it is supposed to symbolize 12 knights. I thought it would have been too much to actually draw 12 knights on it, i tried to put 12 helmets on it, but in the end i decided to put 12 candles on it, signifying the light that the 12 knights would bring to the world.

the Theme of Belphegor is on his chest and on the cross guard of the sword, a blind folded female presenting a cup of blood(wine)

more or less a design i liked.

Really Good job ! The details are amazing. His helmet reminds me the ones used for the blasons (well, in my minds I associate it to that xD [link] ). Belphegor is the "demon" (he was a Baal of Peor before the crhistianisation, and a god of fertility, discoveries and ingeniosity) dedicated to France ; he's chilling around the Louvre in other versions xD
And I give you a +1 for the symbolism used. I'm always sensible to these details !

hafta say, this pic is EPIC!!!!!, although to be honest, it's incorrectly labeled for me. as i remember it, belphegor is the demon prince reigning over the sin of sloth, and nothing about this guy screams, or even whispers, anything related to sloth. on a side note, since belphegor was one of seven princes of hell, any chance of there being six other dark guys like this, but with different names and nature? don't want to send a wall of text your way, so any specifications about this question u want to know, ask me for it, please.
