just playing around with the placement of the heads, this inspired by the famous chimera sculpture which has its own 3 heads in this kind of placement. =]

Cool! You usually see the heads horizontally side by side, instead of following the spine. Cool take on Cerberus!

THIS looks like a Cerberus. 3 heads bunched up at the front just doesnt seem very hell like to me...random spots are chaotic and more "you-dun-goofed-now!"-ish...

Nice that you've gone against the grain here by placing their heads along the back rather than bunched in the front.

Haha, The first and second head have decent placement probably the "normal" ones of the lot. The one in the rear is the derpy one.
